We want you to feel confident about joining Empowered Earners Community. If you are not satisfied with your membership for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with, or
  • Contact us through the support email shown in your account dashboard, and we will help facilitate the refund with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5โ€“10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

After the 30-day window

Beyond 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with the Paddle Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.

Access after refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to paid membership content and community spaces will end. Free resources remain available.
